um, excuse me while I play around with my blog template, something happened to my header and for some reason it shrunk, so then I started playing around with it, and I'm fickle and can't land on anything I really like. Does anyone know how to get rid of borders around photos?

Hi Claire!
If you go into the "layout" section of your blog, and click on "edit HTML", you can change the code for the borders on the photos there....
I recommend Blogger for Dummies if you have HTML questions, which you can find here:
http://bloggerfordummies.blogspot.com/
Otherwise, if you're still stuck, copy and paste your HTML into an email and send it to me, and I can tell you where to make some changes....

Claire, I can't believe how much I've learnt about html doing this blogging stuff. Hang in there and have fun. Can't help with the border thing but sounds like hyena has the help you need.
I find that if I just made the border colour white, instead of the grey it is now, that should work. I love your new header photo! Very chic in its black and white splendour!
